WHY WORK WITH US?

You bring the practice.
We’ll help you bring it to life.

After years of education and "paying your dues," you decide you're ready to open your own private practice. You are sure about your clinical work; the only thing now is figuring out how to get seen by client?

We are here to help you build and sustain your website so that it reflects all of you so that the right clients can find you. From brand design and launching your website, to managing and growing your SEO, we are here to help you every step of the way.

You didn’t start your practice to become a marketing expert, or systems strategist—you started it because you care deeply about helping people heal.

The Side That Guides Your Practice

You didn’t start your practice to become a marketing expert, accountant, or systems strategist—you started it because you care deeply about helping people heal.

But somewhere along the way, you discovered that running a private practice means juggling far more than your clinical work. And sometimes, all those voices—inside and outside—start to feel loud and conflicting.

Welcome to Parts of Practice—a home for therapists who are ready to lead their businesses from Self, not stress.

Here, you’ll map the voices inside your system—the visionary, the overworker, the money protector, the visibility-shy part—and learn how to let them collaborate instead of compete. You’ll find practical tools to help connect offer and build an online presence that reflect all parts of you.
I’m Stephanie Brashear, LMHC, LPCC-S. I opened my private practice while completing IFS Level 1 and quickly learned how loud my own inner business parts can be. Some wanted a precise schedule and income. Others worried about being seen or feared raising rates. Parts work helped me build a practice that honors every voice—and trust myself to lead.

Now I’m building Parts of Practice (with my dad—hi, Dad!) so you have thoughtful, non–cookie-cutter support to build your private practice so that you can focus on the parts of practice that actually feel good.

This isn’t a copy-paste business model or productivity bootcamp. It’s a kinder way to market your clinical work in a way that fits you, because it includes all of you.

My approach isn’t one-size-fits-all business advice. It’s about helping your internal system collaborate, so you can make decisions with clarity and confidence. I love supporting therapists to map their parts, uncover insights, and connect with tools and resources that truly support them.

Two Sides, One Purpose

Stephanie and Richard bring different strengths—IFS expertise and digital strategy—but share the same mission: to help practitioners build thriving, sustainable practices.

Stephanie guides the clinical and practice setup with deep IFS understanding, while Richard powers the tech, tools, and marketing support that keep things running.

Together, they make sure every part of your practice gets the attention it needs to grow.

The Side That Powers Your Practice

Richard can support the behind-the-scenes parts,  if you want, like marketing, web, and, if you choose, provides marketing training and strategy so you can focus on your clients and your calling.

Have you ever wanted a website but had no idea where to start? Maybe you’ve tried setting up an email list, launching a course, or marketing your practice—only to hit a wall with the tech, the tools, or just not knowing what to focus on first.

You’re not alone.

A lot of therapists feel overwhelmed by the digital side of things. That’s where I come in.

I’m Richard Brashear, a digital strategist with 25+ years of experience helping people grow online in a way that actually feels doable. I’ve worked as a CMO, led marketing for startups and growing brands, and built systems that turn big ideas into real, working businesses. My strength is taking what feels complex or chaotic and helping you turn it into something simple, clear, and aligned with your goals.

Here at Parts of Practice, I focus on the digital strategy side—helping therapists build websites, set up online courses, create email systems, and get found by the right people. Whether you’re just getting started or trying to level up, I’m here to make the tech stuff feel a whole lot less stressful.

At the end of the day, I’m not here to push tactics—I’m here to support what you want to build. I believe good marketing can be thoughtful, human, and even healing when done with intention. It’s not about flashy funnels or fake urgency—it’s about connection, clarity, and growing your practice your way.

So if you've been stuck trying to figure all this out alone—don’t.

You already have the expertise. Let’s bring it to life, together.

Frequently asked questions

Who is this platform for?

This space is for IFS therapists who want help setting up, growing, or refining their private practice—whether you're just starting out or need support with the next step.

Do I need to be trained in IFS to work with you?

No, if you are interested in using parts work to build and market your parts work, this is the place for you. No training or certification required.

What kind of support do you offer?

We support the new and growing therapist in designing and maintaining a website that reflects them. We believe that therapists show up and support in the best way when they are working with the clients they feel the most purpose and enjoyment working with. We are here to help you communicate that to future clients through website, branding, and SEO support/

Is this a course platform or a directory?

Neither. This is a support space for therapists building real-world practices. We offer consulting, self-paced learning, and hands-on guidance—all designed to help you lead your practice from a place of clarity, integrity, and Self-leadership.

Do you offer help with marketing?

We do—and we approach it with care for all the parts that might feel uneasy about visibility or “selling.” Our marketing support is grounded, relational, and aligned with your Self. Whether it’s messaging, writing a client-friendly bio, or finding outreach strategies that feel authentic, we help you connect in a way that honors who you are and what you offer.

Can you help me build or improve my website?

Yes. We know that parts of you may feel excited—and others overwhelmed—by the idea of building a website. Whether you prefer a done-for-you experience or want to co-create it step by step, we offer website support designed for therapists. Our goal is to create a digital presence that feels clear, and aligned with your values—without triggering the tech-stressed parts of your system.
